Operational Overview
Campaign to commemorate 70th anniversary of Operation Market Garden. Although this was a failed attempt by the allies to end the war by christmas 1944, it was an important operation for both the allies and the axis. The campaign will run from 17th Sept. 2014 to 25th sept. 2015 as the real operation was from 17th sept. 1944 to 25th sept. 1944. So the idea is for any scale with any media, and to be either allies or axis...or both.

The Rules and Regs
Started kits accepted as long as no more than 30% complete, any scale, it can be figures (single or mulitiple), armour, dioramas (not compulsary), wingys, Allies or Axis, or civilians if they were involved.Do some research all entries must show that what they build is relevant to the Operation in 1944.Pictures are encouraged for the thread, and one picture for the gallery to be awarded a medal. No starting before 17/09/2014. Have fun and enjoy.

Contest Element
One ribbon will be awarded per person, multi entries are okay but you will only get one ribbon. This is to celebrate the anniversary of one of the last major operations of WW2. Do plenty of research as we have a year.
