This a continuation of Bruce's (grayghost666) Blitzkrieg campaign series, structured according to his wishes. The focus of this campaign installment will cover the Allied operations and movement through France as they pushed back the defending German forces during the Summer of 1944.

The Rules and Regs
the rules are simple:

1) This installment of the Blitz campaigns will cover the Airborne Landings of June 6 1944 to the end of the Falaise Pocket 19 August 1944.
2) Any and all Nations that fought in these areas of France during this time frame are allowed.
3) Any and all Vehicles/Aircraft/Ships are allowed.
4) The scale allowed is 1/6 to 1/700.
5) Mini Campaigns such as the D-Day invasion and Operation Cobra are allowed. This type of mini campaign is if the modeler would like to concentrate on a certain battle instead of just a general diorama setting.
6) You must post a photo with a newspaper showing the date with your model before you start your build.
7) You must post at least 1 in-progress photo in the thread during your build and the campaign, more are highly encouraged, as are BLOG's.
8) At least 1 photo must be posted in the gallery to get your Ribbon.
9) Have Fun.
