I purchased a Revell 1:25 ford "Hot Rod" at Telford, the idea is to do a Rusted up abandoned and old paintjob.
It's been started.
I see pictures. 3 of them. Can you not?

I couldn't when I posted but I can now?
Looking good so are you doing this hair spray thing to achieve the rusted an chipped affects? If so loads of pics of the process please?
OK, so no pictures between the rust and black, so what happens? I guess you applied the "hairspray" but which hairspray do you use? I need to try this method on the collector rings of a Beaufighter. I don't know though how long to wait after the hairspray is applied. I have some Treseme, which is apparently the one to use, and I will be decanting it to let it de-gas. I also don't know how long do you wait before doing the chipping? do you wait until the top colour is completely dry or do you start the process as early as you can?
Looking really good. Love the look of the Lifecolor rust, I will have too get a set, as I have always wanted to rust a Beetle up.
Did you spray it on, if so is it sprayable straight out of the bottle?
