At the moment I have three things on the go.

1. OKB Grigorov 172 scale Conqueror MKII build can be viewed here: http://modelerssocialclub.proboards.com/thread/10569/1-72nd-scale-conqueror

This is for the Modern British Armour SIG.

2. I have a 148 scale Airfix Messerschmitt BF109E-4 on the go for my local club competition.

3. I also have a 135 scale Ace models British light tank MKVIc which is a long term project which I hopefully will have finished for SMW2016.

I'll post some pictures up this weekend hopefully.

That 1/72 Conqueror MKII looks awesome, even makes me want to get the kit, almost!

I do not believe that you are building a 1/48 scale Bf109!

Hurry with the pics, the week end is nearly over, well its Sunday morning

I've managed to progress this one after building it mainly during madel shows that my local club attended.

Looking good John, although I'm not sure what a madel show is, perhaps somewhere for mad ducks

Hi John,

Is this Holdfast Dynasty surfacing?

That Conqueror - smart looking model. What is it like as a kit?

Your Emil looks fine, too.

Frederick, The Conqueror is a nice kit to make, especially if you like PE (This one had about 138 bits to play with) The casting is sharp and clear. The Emil is an Airfix 148 scale version and is done OOB so I had to use the decals. I will use Mals masks when I do another one though

Yes that one Not bad, did the decals conform to the surface detail, or did you cock that up?

There are 4 of us but only 2 that do any form of scale modelling

So John, when are you planning the next Emil?

The next Emil will have to be next year. I need to do a couple of Spits first. I'm trying to find some details again of the one I want to do, a MK 1a iirc.

I should hope that you want to do a couple of Spits first, you just can't have too many Spitfires

What info do you need?

I'm looking to do a MK2a that belong to John Freeborn from 74 Sqn during the BofB, CS ZPC. I just need to find the right serial number.
